My Detail Guys was founded with a simple mission: provide Fort Worth with honest, high-quality auto detailing that respects both vehicles and customers. Starting with a single mobile unit, we built our reputation one satisfied customer at a time.

The Beginning
My Detail Guys was founded with a single mobile unit and a commitment to excellence. Starting from a passion for making vehicles look their best, we built our reputation in Fort Worth one satisfied customer at a time.
2010 – 2017
Growth & Expansion
As word spread about our work, demand grew. We expanded our mobile fleet, invested in professional-grade equipment, and added ceramic coating services. Our customer base grew from individual car owners to include small businesses, dealerships, and fleet accounts.
2018 – 2020
Innovation & Expertise
Under the extensive experience and guidance of owner Tony (Tariq Hashmi), we stayed ahead of industry advancements by adding paint correction services, advanced ceramic coatings, and eco-friendly product options. Tony's years of expertise in the upholstery industry led to the creation of our sister company, My Upholstery Guys.

Tony H. (Tariq Hashmi)
Owned by Tariq Hashmi (Tony), My Detail Guys & Upholstery, LLC has established itself as a trusted name in the automotive industry, backed by Tony's extensive 35-year experience in the field.
Tariq Hashmi's vision later expanded into My Upholstery Guys, offering high-quality custom upholstery and upholstery repair services throughout the DFW Metroplex.
Founder & CEO
Milton Lugo
As Founder & CEO of My Detail Guys, Milton Lugo leads with vision, precision, and expertise. He is an active member of the International Detailing Association (IDA) and a graduate of the Flight Shield Automotive and Marine School, where he earned the Certified Flight Shield Applicator designation.
Milton also holds certification as a Professional Aircraft Detailer from Recon Techs Boston.
Rigorous Training Across All Specialties
Our team receives rigorous training in a diverse range of specialties. From Ceramic Coating to Paint Correction, Swirl Removal, Deep Detail, and more, we equip our employees with the latest techniques and knowledge to ensure our services exceed expectations.
In 2016, our technicians completed extensive training for aircraft detailing through Recon Techs — an advanced school that trains experienced detailers in the craft required to detail aircraft, marine, and automotive equipment at the highest possible level.
