How Same-Day Mobile Service Works
Five steps from booking to a freshly detailed vehicle at your location.
Book online anytime or call 817-532-6904 before noon for same-day service. Provide your vehicle type, service, and address. We confirm availability by your service area and current route.
For same-day bookings, we confirm availability and provide your arrival window — typically a 2-hour window. You receive a text when we're 30 minutes out. For scheduled bookings, confirmation goes out the morning of your service.
Share your parking location, any gate codes, and how to access the vehicle — keys left inside, in a pocket, or a keyless code. You don't need to be present. We work independently and leave you to your day.
Our mobile unit arrives with all water, power, and professional equipment needed for your service. Hot water extractors, polishers, protectants, and all products — we carry our own supply. Nothing you need to provide.
When the service is done, we text you immediately. Pay by card, digital payment, or cash. If you want to do a walkthrough of the vehicle before we leave, we're happy to walk it with you. Your vehicle is ready — nothing left for you to do.

Mobile Detailing FAQ
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. You don't need to be present. Leave your vehicle accessible — keys left inside the vehicle, tucked in a door pocket, or share a keyless entry code when you book. We text you when we arrive and again when the vehicle is complete. Most customers go about their day and come back to a freshly detailed vehicle.
How long will you be at my location?
Time depends on the service. Deluxe Wash: 45–75 min. Interior Detail: 2–3 hours. Exterior Detail: 2–3 hours. Full Detail: 2.5–3.5 hours. Supreme Full Detail: 3–4 hours. We confirm your specific estimate at booking. Add-ons add time accordingly. We'll give you an honest window — not a number that's off by an hour.
What if I don't have an outdoor water spigot?
Not a problem. Our mobile units carry their own water supply and power. A spigot is never required — let us know at booking if you have one (it helps on larger jobs), but it's not a dependency either way. We arrive fully equipped for every situation regardless of what's available at your location.
Do you charge extra for mobile service?
Yes — a $30 mobile fee minimum applies to all mobile bookings. This covers the cost of the technician traveling fully equipped to your location. All pricing shown on this page includes the $30 fee — it's baked in, not added at the door. The service price itself is identical to what we charge at the shop.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Interior-only services proceed rain or no rain. Exterior and full detail services may need to be rescheduled if conditions make exterior work impractical. We monitor conditions and contact you the morning of your appointment if weather is a concern. Rescheduling is always at no charge. If you have covered parking — a garage or carport — exterior service can often proceed regardless of rain.
Can you detail in my apartment parking garage?
Yes — in most cases. Covered parking and garages are actually ideal. They protect the vehicle during service and produce better results on exterior work since the paint isn't exposed to direct sun. Let us know your access details when booking — gate codes, visitor parking location, floor level — and we'll coordinate. We've worked in parking structures across Fort Worth and DFW without issue.
