Fort Worth, TX · Ceramic Coating Maintenance
Your ceramic coating doesn't last forever on its own. An annual boost service restores hydrophobic protection, extends coating life, and costs a fraction of a full reapplication. We service all major coating brands — including coatings from shops that are no longer in business.
Ceramic Coating Annual Maintenance — Fort Worth
A ceramic coating applied correctly lasts 2–5 years on the surface. But without annual service, the top layer degrades and the hydrophobic, self-cleaning properties fade well before the coating itself is gone. The boost service fixes that.
Your Original Shop Is Gone
The installer who applied your coating — whether it was Ceramic Pro, Gtechniq, CarPro, or another brand — is no longer in business. Your coating is still on the vehicle and still has life left in it, but it's never been maintained. We take over where they left off. No warranty paperwork required.
Your Coating Requires Annual Service
Several premium ceramic coatings — CarPro Cquartz in particular — are designed to be serviced annually. Skipping the yearly boost layer means the coating degrades faster and the manufacturer warranty becomes void. We apply the correct maintenance product to keep your coating performing as rated.
Signs Your Coating Needs a Boost
Water no longer sheets off in large droplets — instead it beads unevenly or just sits on the surface. Dirt and dust are harder to rinse off than they used to be. The gloss looks duller than it did after the original application. These are all signs the top hydrophobic layer has degraded and needs to be restored.
This Is Not a Full Reapplication
A ceramic coating boost service maintains an existing coating. It does not replace or reapply the base ceramic layer. If your coating has been physically removed or never applied in the first place, a full ceramic coating installation starting at $949 is the correct service. On the fence? Call us and we'll assess your paint in person.
We Service Coatings We Didn't Install
Unlike some shops that will only service coatings they applied themselves, we maintain any professionally installed ceramic coating. Bring your vehicle in regardless of where or when it was coated — we inspect the surface, confirm the coating is still present and bondable, and proceed from there.
Not sure if your coating is still active? Call (817) 532-6904 and describe what you're seeing. We can help you determine whether a boost service is appropriate or whether something else is needed.
The Product
Not every ceramic maintenance product performs the same in real-world conditions. North Texas heat, humidity, and UV exposure are harder on coatings than most other environments. We use Adam's Graphene Boost because it delivers consistent results regardless of weather — it can be applied inside the shop in any conditions without streaking or smearing, which matters in DFW's climate where SiO2-based products can crystallize too fast in high humidity.
Adam's Graphene Boost Graphene-infused ceramic maintenance layer — applied over existing ceramic coating
Restores Hydrophobic Properties
Graphene Boost lays a fresh maintenance layer on top of the existing ceramic coating, restoring the water-sheeting, self-cleaning behavior that degrades over time from UV exposure and environmental contamination.
Extends Coating Life
Annual application of a graphene maintenance layer slows the degradation of the base ceramic coating underneath. The boost acts as a sacrificial top layer that takes UV and environmental damage so the primary coating doesn't have to.
Graphene Over SiO2 — Why It Matters
SiO2-based maintenance sprays cure by reacting with moisture — in humid or rainy conditions, they can streak and apply unevenly. Graphene-based products don't have this sensitivity. Results are consistent whether it's a dry Texas July or a humid spring morning.
Compatible With All Coating Brands
Adam's Graphene Boost bonds over any professionally applied ceramic coating. It is not brand-specific and does not require the original coating brand's proprietary maintenance product to be applied correctly.

Ceramic Coating Boost Service
Annual treatment · All brands · Fort Worth facility
Duration: 2–3 hours depending on vehicle size
How It Works
Five steps from drop-off to pickup. Most vehicles are done in a half day.
Surface Inspection
We assess the current condition of your coating — confirming it's still present, checking for contamination, and identifying any areas that need extra attention before the boost is applied.
Exterior Wash
A full contact wash removes surface dirt and contaminants. We're working on your existing coating — a clean surface is non-negotiable before any maintenance product goes on.
Decontamination
Iron remover and clay bar pull embedded brake dust, rail dust, and industrial fallout from the paint surface. Contamination underneath the boost product causes bonding failure — this step can't be skipped.
IPA Panel Wipe
An isopropyl alcohol wipe removes any remaining polish residue, wax, or oil from the surface. The coating needs a bare, clean paint surface to bond correctly. This is the final prep step before application.
Graphene Boost Application
Adam's Graphene Boost is applied panel by panel, allowed to flash, and buffed to a uniform finish. The vehicle cures for a minimum of 20 minutes before leaving the shop. We inspect under lighting before handoff.
Common Questions
A ceramic coating boost service is an annual maintenance treatment that restores and extends an existing ceramic coating. Over time, coatings lose their hydrophobic properties due to UV exposure, environmental contaminants, and normal wear. A boost service removes contaminants, preps the surface, and applies a graphene-based maintenance product to restore the water-beading, self-cleaning, and protective properties the coating had when first applied. It is not a new coating — it's maintenance on the one that's already there.
Most ceramic coatings require an annual service treatment to maintain peak performance. Some brands, including CarPro Cquartz, explicitly require a yearly boost layer to maintain their warranty and coating life. Without annual maintenance, a ceramic coating's hydrophobic properties gradually degrade — the coating is still present but no longer performing at its rated level. We recommend booking your boost service at the same time each year, ideally before summer or before winter storage.
Yes — this is one of the most common situations we see. If your original installer is no longer in business, your coating is still on the vehicle and still has life left in it. We take over maintenance regardless of where or when it was applied. You don't need documentation, warranty paperwork, or even the brand name. We inspect the surface, confirm the coating is still present and bondable, and proceed with the boost service.
Our ceramic coating boost service is $150 flat for all vehicle types. This covers the full pre-service prep — exterior wash, iron decontamination, clay bar, IPA panel wipe — plus the full Adam's Graphene Boost application. Compare that to a full ceramic coating reapplication, which starts at $949. Annual maintenance at $150 is the most cost-effective way to protect your original coating investment and avoid a full reapplication before you have to.
We service all major professional ceramic coating brands — CarPro Cquartz, Gtechniq, IGL Coatings, Ceramic Pro, Gyeon, Kamikaze Collection, XPEL Fusion Plus, and others. Adam's Graphene Boost is compatible with all professional-grade ceramic systems and can be applied over any existing coating regardless of brand. If you're unsure what you have on your vehicle, we can help identify it from surface behavior and application history.
